New AMSL Registration Process for 2025-2026! 🚨
Hey AMSL families — returning and new! We’re kicking off the season with a small change that makes a BIG difference:
We’re introducing TWO registration windows this year to help us build teams fairly and avoid over-registration when coaching capacity is limited. ?
👇 Here’s what you need to know:
🟢 Phase 1: Early Access Registration 🗓 Opens August 1 🛑 Closes September 15 ? Best chance to get your spot — space is limited by division and coach availability!
🟡 Phase 2: Second Chance Registration 🗓 Opens October 27 🛑 Closes November 3 ?? This round is for families who missed the first window or moved to town after the season started. Please note that space may be limited and placement is not guaranteed. Registration openings depend on available spots and coaching capacity.
🧠Why two phases? We’re expecting strong interest this year. This system gives us room to build balanced teams, support our amazing volunteer coaches, and keep things running smoothly from day one (October 17 season launch!).
A major new initiative for this coming winter is that Aurora Minor Soccer and the Yellowknife Bay Soccer League (YBSC) are teaming up to provide better opportunities for both our coaches and players!
